21 Vodcast - Ft. Ticonderoga and Middlebury

I just finished (with help from Sharon) creating my first vodcast. I used some pictures I had taken and uploaded to Facebook a while ago. If you have not been to Ft. Ticonderoga it is a really nice trip. It's about 135 miles north of Concord, NH. On the Vermont side are beautiful farms and orchards, most sell apples, some make fresh cider.

The history of the fort is very interesting - see the website below. It's close to Middlebury College too. I drove over to see what was new there to share with my son who is now living in NYC.

  3. Thanks Zach and Sharon! The voice over needs improvment, but at this late date I decided that discretion is the better part of valor and I'd live to fight another day so I posted it anyway..rather than risk some technological snarl while exhausted. Thanks Sharon for your help! I am happy to know how to do this now.

  4. I love it! I lived in Burlington for 11 years and frequented those places. Two of my children were born there and I have many memories in the apple orchards. Why did you chose vodcast? Is that how you were able to embed the picture? Nice job!

  5. Thanks Gretchen. With Camtasia Studio making vodcast is as easy as making a podcast. Doing a video tour seemed more interesting. The audio is not very polished, but I was doing it at work at the end of a hectic Friday.
